If you’re reading this, Drake and Beyoncé have recorded a new collaboration for Drake’s upcoming album Views From the 6.

Writer Ernest Baker followed the Canadian rapper around in the week leading up to his Coachella performance and wrote about his experiences for Four Pins. Among the interesting tidbits in the article is that Drake has two songs finished that he likes for his new album. One is a song that he “expects to inspire a paradigm shift.” The other is a collaboration with Beyoncé.

The two previously collaborated on “Mine” for Beyoncé’s surprise album, and Queen Bey inspired Drake’s 2013 tribute “Girls Love Beyoncé.”

Baker compares Views From the 6 to what Kanye West did with 808s & Heartbreak. “It appears that Drake is ready to deviate from his winning formula and get a little weird,” he writes, adding, “His days of releasing lay-up bangers that everyone loves right away are over. For now, at least.”

Drake’s Coachella set received mixed reviews, and he was even critical of his performance. “I took an L for the first time,” he admitted. “I just have to reassess what went wrong with my judgment.”

But he plans to up the ante for Weekend 2. While he brought out Madonna last weekend, he reportedly has an even bigger surprise in store for this Sunday.

A physical version of If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late is due April 21 featuring two bonus tracks, “How Bout Now” and “My Side.”

Drake will also hit the road with Future on the “Jungle Tour,” which kicks off May 24 in Houston.
