Nicki Minaj wishes she had taken Drake’s advice about Meek Mill, reports say.

Nicki Minaj, Drake

Following incendiary remarks Meek Mill made at a show last weekend, sources close to Nicki Minaj say she blames herself for ignoring Drake‘s advice when he first suggested she dump the Dreamchaser.

“Meek Mill really is a tired, immature little boy. Nicki’s kicking her own ass right now for not listening to Drake when he told her to take out the trash years ago.” the source told The Hollywood Life.

Last Saturday at a star-studded concert in Philadelphia, Meek announced he was single and added, “Fuck these bitches,” for good measure. There were several instances in the past few weeks where he shaded his ex through social media but it had never been this explicit. Apparently, before the breakup, Nicki was tired of stringing the Philly rapper along and wanted to turn the page to a new chapter in her life.

“She would have saved herself a lot. But she learned from this. She knows she’s ready to be a mother! All she did was take care of Meek in every way, including his rap career,” the source said.
