HKN pop star Davido promised to deliver a stellar sophomore album, and he obviously seems to be keeping true to his words. Scheduled to drop in July 2015, Davido’s next album is surely one of the most anticipated in the Nigerian music industry.

Already, he’s secured a collabo with American rapper Wale, he’s also recorded a song and music video with rapper Meek Mill and now, he’s subtly announced another collabo with Drake.

Davido simply tweeted, ‘6 God X OBO.‘ His tweet, as simple and meaningless as it seems, is loaded with encrypted message. For those who don’t know,  ‘6 God’ is Drake’s nickname, it’s also the title of a popular tune he released in 2014. Also, ‘6’ is some sort of identity for the rapper whose hometown, Toronto has the area codes 416 and 647, and he often refers to himself as the biggest artiste out of Toronto, hence the moniker ‘6 GOD.’

So when Davido tweets, ‘6 God X OBO’, it means something major is in the works. It’s also a known fact that Davido is a huge fan of Drake. In the past, he’s often played with lyrics from Drake’s songs in his tweets, the latest was when he tweeted a line from Drake’s song saying, ‘‘I got enemies, I got a lotta enemies Got a lotta people tryna drain me of my energy.”
