In an evolving sequence of data usage, Nigerians have been lamenting the outrageous cost of data purchase made available by the country’s Telecommunication Companies.

There has been a tarrif hike in the purchase of data, not only that, the rate at which the data has been draining is alarming.

This led Nigerian comedian Otaghware O. Onodjayeke popularly known as igosave to made a clarion call to appropriate authorities within the country like EFCC, FCPC about the rate at which Data is draining compared to United Kingdom (UK) for them to checkmate the internet service providers within Nigeria.

He stated: “Na Yahoo be this……. UK 20 GIG DATA 3 WEEKS RUNNING…NIGERIA 50 GIG GONE IN 2 DAYS??? “
