A young girl of 18 was on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 caught with a 29-year-old man having sex and moaning loudly on top of a car in a car dealership place located at West Palm Beach in Florida.
The duo identified as Erin Byrd and Ramon Mitchell, allegedly reached out for their clothes after screaming at a passerby who sighted them “test driving” a Kia Sedona car at Mike’s Auto Sales located at 8000 S Dixie Highway.
The witness whose identity was not mentioned actually alerted the police to the scene and on arrival, the officials disclosed that they saw the couple inside a car which was definitely not theirs.
According to Worldwideweird News, police said Mitchell spat in the face of a female police officer after he was placed in handcuffs during his arrest.
The couple both received multiple charges ranging from lewd and lascivious behavior, trespassing to auto theft.
Although Byrd was released from the Palm Beach County jail, Mitchell who spat on the female police officer during his arrest got an additional charge of assault on a law enforcement officer with an option for bail in the sum of $11,000.
