The synagogue Church of All Nations, headed by Prophet TB Joshua, has been indicted by the Coroner handling the investigation into the collapsed building belonging to the church, saying the church was guilty of criminal negligence.

In a ruling by Oyetade Komolafe on Wednesday, the Coroner said, “The church must be investigated and prosecuted for not obtaining the relevant approvals before embarking on the construction of the building.’’

“The church was culpable because of criminal negligence resulting in the death of the victims.”

DAILY POST recalls that, the church has been under investigation after a building collapsed within the church vicinity, killing 116, most of whom were South Africans.
