Bananas are great eaten as well as great for skincare, check out how you can use them to get amazing skin…

Banana is as great consuming it as it is using it as a skincare item.

The rule of thumb usually is if it’s edible and is loaded with immense nutrients then it works fabulous for the skin as well.

Bananas contain a generous amount of Vitamin C that help to maintain a natural and youthful glow, it amongst other things is a great source of energy and more.

For a youthful, glowing skin, bananas can be used as face masks as follows:

1. – Mash half a ripe banana and mix it with honey

-Let it stay on your skin for 20-25 minutes and wash off afterwards with lukewarm water.

-Then apply a non-comedogenic moisturizer.

Banana and honey moisturises the skin and keep it hydrated

2. -Mash one ripe banana and mix it with lemon juice from one lemon to form a paste

-Leave it on for 25 minutes.

The banana and lemon mask contains vitamin C which brightens the complexion and reduces blemishes and any form of dullness.
