The Federal Government (FG) has charged Senator Ademola Adeleke and four others before the Federal High Court, Abuja, for allegedly engaging in examination malpractices.

They are to be arraigned on 31 October before Justice I. E. Ekwo.

Adeleke, who recently lost the 2018 Osun state governorship election to the candidate of the APC, Gboyega Oyetola, was accused of fraud.

The police had said that Adeleke and the others registered as students of Ojo-Aro Community Grammar School, Ojo-Aro in Osun to enable them sit for the National Examination Council (NECO) examination of June/July 2017.
