The Management of Bayero University, Kano swiftly addressed and dismissed claims of the discovery of 20 fake Professors allegedly working within the institution.

In a statement signed by the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Sagir Adamu Abbas, the University vehemently denounced the purported publication, labeling it as “malicious, doctored, and fallacious,” aiming to tarnish the institution’s credible image.

The statement clarified that the alleged publication about the existence of these fake professors was baseless and lacked substance.

Prof. Abbas emphasized the University’s commitment to maintaining high standards, pointing out recent global rankings that showcased BUK’s excellence in research, academic quality, and international outlook.
