Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar recently welcomed Peter Obi, the 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party, to his residence in Adamawa State.

Atiku shared the moment in a video posted on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday, captioned: “It is breakfast time with my friend, #PeterObi, in the ‘land of beauty.’”

Both Atiku and Obi were key contenders in Nigeria’s 2023 presidential election, representing the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and the Labour Party, respectively.

Their gathering has drawn attention, as political observers continue to discuss the evolving dynamics among Nigeria’s political leaders.

Neither Atiku nor Obi provided further details about the meeting. However, the cordial nature of their interaction has generated reactions across social media platforms.
