Arsenal Draw Porto, Napoli Set to Face Barcelona in UCL Round of 16

The UEFA Champions League Round of 16 draw, held on Monday at UEFA’s headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, has set the stage for some thrilling encounters.

Arsenal, who finished atop Group B, will clash with Porto, the runners-up from Group H.

In another high-profile match-up, Napoli is slated to face FC Barcelona, promising an exciting duel between the Italian and Spanish giants. The draw saw the emergence of intriguing fixtures that are sure to captivate football enthusiasts.

The full UCL Round of 16 draw is as follows:

  • Porto vs Arsenal
  • Napoli vs Barcelona
  • PSG vs Real Sociedad
  • Inter Milan vs Atletico Madrid
  • PSV vs Dortmund
  • Lazio vs Bayern
  • Copenhagen vs Manchester City
  • RB Leipzig vs Real Madrid

Defending champions Manchester City are set to take on FC Copenhagen, while French powerhouse Paris Saint-Germain will square off against Real Sociedad.

Italian clubs Inter Milan and Lazio are drawn against Atletico Madrid and Bayern Munich, respectively. Spanish giants Real Madrid will face RB Leipzig, adding to the anticipation of an enthralling knockout stage.

The first legs of the Round of 16 ties are scheduled for Tuesday, February 13, and Wednesday, February 14, with the return legs set for Tuesday, March 5, and Wednesday, March 6, 2024.

The culmination of the 2023/24 UEFA Champions League season will take place at London’s iconic Wembley Stadium.

The venue, hosting the final for a record eighth time and the third in the UEFA Champions League era, will witness the crowning of the next European club football champion.
