Ariana Grande and her fiancé Pete Davidson have broken up and ended their engagement.

The split is coming after a whirlwindromance which saw the duo began dating in May and announcing a few weeks later in June that they were engaged.

Prior to getting together, both Ariana and Davidson had just gotten out of long-term relationships. Ariana had just ended her two year relationship with late rapper, Mac Miller whom she was with for two years while Pete and his girlfriend Cazzie David broke up a few weeks before he and Grande became a couple.

Ariana’s relationship with Pete was a very public one with the two of them taking every opportunity to display their romance on social media and they even got tattoos that were symbolic of the other. Early in their relationship, Pete Davidson inked Ariana’s “Dangerous Woman” symbol behind his ear, although he got it covered up a few days ago. The “God Is a Woman” paid tribute to Davidson’s late father by tattooing his New York Fire Department badge number on her foot. Davidson’s dad, Scott Davidson, died in the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks.

Ariana is yet to speak about the split.

It would be recalled that Ariana Grande’s ex-boyfriend, Mac Miller died last month on September 7th from suspected overdose while Ariana announced a few days ago that she is taking a break from music to “take care of herself”.
