A former CEO of Diamond Bank, Dr. Alex Otti has been declared the winner of the Abia State election by the appeal court sitting in Owerri, Imo State.
The court sacked Dr Okezie Ikpeazu from the Executive Governorship in the state of Abia.
The court ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to swear Dr. Otti in as governor.
