The All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced April 25, 2024, as the date for its primary election in preparation for the November 16 governorship election in Ondo State.

According to a notice issued by the party’s national organizing secretary, Suleiman Argungu, in Abuja, the APC has also specified that aspirants seeking its ticket for the election must pay N10 million for expression of interest forms and N40 million for nomination forms, totaling N50 million.

The party stated that the timetable and schedule of activities leading to the Ondo governorship election were made public in compliance with relevant sections of the Nigerian Constitution and the Electoral Act 2022.

Expression of interest and nomination forms will be available for purchase from April 3rd to April 10, 2024.
