Bisola Badmus, a prominent actress in the Yoruba movie industry, has publicly called out famous Fuji musician King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal (popularly known as Kwam 1) for allegedly neglecting their son, Malik, Okay.ng reports.

In a recent episode of Talk To B with fellow actress Biola Adebayo, Badmus opened up about her past romantic relationship with Kwam1, confirming that they share a child.

However, she claimed the singer stopped fulfilling his responsibilities as a father, despite initially accepting Malik.

“From the beginning, he accepted the boy as his son, but it changed all of a sudden,” she said. “What I want from K1 is to be responsible for Malik, his son. I just want him to take care of his son.”

During the interview, Badmus also spoke about her health struggles, revealing that Kwam1’s support was short-lived when she battled encephalopathy, a brain disease she disclosed in 2023.

“He didn’t know about my condition earlier because I didn’t tell him. When he knew, he tried his best for a while but stopped at some point,” she added.

The actress previously shared that her health condition led her to take a break from social media, as she focused on her recovery.
