Access Bank Opens Job Vacancies – See Entry Criteria and Application Process

Access Bank has announced the commencement of applications for its entry-level trainee program, inviting Nigerian graduates to apply for a pathway into the banking sector and a rewarding career opportunity.

The bank made this announcement via a statement published on its official website on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, highlighting the program’s objective of providing graduates with a platform to kickstart their professional journey in the organization and the banking industry as a whole.

The job opportunity is specifically tailored for the Entry Level Training Program (ELTP) Retail for African graduates at Access Bank, offering a dynamic and immersive learning experience within a top-tier financial institution.

In its message to prospective candidates, Access Bank stated: “Are you driven, confident, and enthusiastic about the banking sector? Do you want to pursue your passion as a career? Are you prepared to assist us on our mission to establish a top-tier financial institution? You are perfect for our Entry Level Training Program.”

Access Bank emphasized the importance of completing applications online without duplication, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all information provided to avoid automatic disqualification due to false information.

Additionally, the bank cautioned applicants against paying anyone for assistance, reiterating that the application process is free and that Access Bank does not assign agents for application processing.

Key details for interested candidates include:

  • Minimum of a B.Sc. degree in any discipline required.
  • Age limit of not older than 26 years for applicants with a B.Sc. degree and not older than 28 years for candidates with an MSc or LLB degree.
  • Minimum of a second class lower (2:2) from a reputable university.
  • Completion of NYSC mandatory.
  • The application closing date is Sunday, May 19, 2024.
