Abayomi Arabambi, a prominent chieftain of the Labour Party (LP), has accused the Governor of Abia State, Alex Otti, of being a key figure behind the disunity currently plaguing the party, okay.ng reports.
Arabambi’s statement was shared through the official X (formerly Twitter) account of the Mic On Podcast.
In his post, Arabambi pointed fingers directly at Otti, labeling him as the “chief promoter of disunity” within the Labour Party.
“The Governor of Abia State (Alex Otti) is the chief promoter of disunity in the Labour Party,” Arabambi asserted, highlighting the Governor’s alleged role in exacerbating internal divisions.
This accusation comes at a time when the Labour Party is embroiled in a leadership crisis, with competing factions vying for control of the party.
Arabambi’s remarks suggest that Otti’s actions are contributing to the ongoing tension, making it harder for the party to present a united front in the political landscape.
