Lil Wayne’s public conflict with his former father figure Birdman and Cash Money Records continues.
Yesterday (April 2), during a show at Aqua Night Club in Jacksonville, Florida, the Young Money rapper reminded the crowd that he has two separate albums on the way and that he still has ill feelings towards his record label.
In a clip captured by Baller Alert, Wayne says, “Free Weezy Album coming soon. Carter V coming soon. Fuck Cash Money.”
Attendees seemed to have cheered after Wayne’s statement.
Last weekend, during a show in South Beach, Miami, Wayne revealed that the Free Weezy Album will arrive in April.
Weezy is still reportedly planning to sue Cash Money Records for $51 million.
