Niger State Governor, Babangida Aliyu, has congratulated the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Maj. Gen. Muhammadu Buhari(retd.), on his victory in the March 28 presidential election.

Aliyu, who lost his bid to go to the Senate in the Saturday election, has however declared a curfew in Suleja, Minna, Mokwa, Kontagora and Bida, an action, he said was to ensure law and order.
