Applications are now open for the 2025 Chevron Internship Program, offering Nigerian students invaluable learning opportunities as part of the company’s Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) and corporate social responsibility commitments.

The program is designed for undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students, enabling them to build technical knowledge, develop essential skills, and contribute effectively in a professional environment.

Application Deadline

The deadline for applications is December 12, 2024, at 11:59 PM.

Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduate Students:

  • Must be Nigerian students currently enrolled in academic programs (Bachelor’s, National Diploma, or Higher National Diploma).
  • Industry experience must be a requirement to complete the academic program.
  • Must obtain and submit a recommendation letter from their institution with the application.
  • The internship duration ranges from 3 to 12 months.

Postgraduate Students:

  • Open to Nigerian students enrolled in programs leading to a Master’s or Doctorate degree, or postgraduate professional qualifications.
  • Research or industry experience must be a requirement to complete the academic program.
  • A recommendation letter from the institution is mandatory.
  • Internship duration ranges from 6 to 12 months for Master’s degrees and up to 24 months for Doctorate degrees.

Application Process

  • All applications must be submitted online through the official portal.
  • Applicants will undergo a shortlisting process, including aptitude tests or interviews.
  • Selections will be based strictly on performance and available slots.
