President Bola Tinubu has received the memo from Chief Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media & Publicity as well as Special Presidential Envoy on Climate Action.

The memo was base on Ajuri Ngelale’s decision to proceed on an indefinite leave of absence for personal and health reasons.

This was made available to okay.ng in a statement from the Presidency on Saturday, September 7, 2024.

In the statement, the President accepts Ngelale’s reasons for the leave.

The President extends his heartfelt prayer and best wishes to Ngelale and his family in the course of the challenging moment, hoping for a speedy recovery and full restoration to health.

Tinubu however relays Ngelale’s tireless efforts and dedication in serving the nation, and thanks him for his remarkable contributions made in his various capacities, wishing him a good will.

The President however seek for the respect and privacy of Ngelale and his family.
