President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday received in audience Leadership of Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), at the State House in Abuja.
Okay.ng understands that the meeting focused on the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS).
President Buhari has directed that all ministries, departments, agencies of government, including staff of the Police, the Armed Forces and educational institutions must be included in the IPPIS.
However, ASUU asked its members not to register of the IPPIS as directed by President Muhammadu Buhari.
The issue has caused so much division between some universities.
