Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Manchester United interim manager during his post-match press conference, issued a strong warning to his player stating that they should focus on the upcoming fixture against Chelsea in the FA Cup.
Solskjaer stated that any of his players that don’t forget about the 2-0 defeat at home to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League may not play against Chelsea.
Manchester United have gone 11 matches unbeaten since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took over as Interim Manager.
But, Goals from Kimpembe and Mbappé end Manchester United’s unbeaten run.
Speaking after the match, Solskjaer said: “At this club, you have to bounce back. In a tournament like the Champions League, it’s going to be difficult whoever you play against but our bread and butter is the league and we’ve got the FA Cup against Chelsea as well.
“We have to look forward. We’ve got Chelsea and Liverpool in the next two games. Whoever is feeling sorry for themselves they will not play, probably, against Chelsea.”
