Chelsea have announced the signing of veteran former England goalkeeper Rob Green on a one-year contract.
Green, 38, joins the Blues after leaving Huddersfield Town at the end of last season, and Chelsea’s statement explains the keeper will provide back-up to Thibaut Courtois and Willy Caballero.
