Manchester United have announced an agreement to sign Everton striker Romelu Lukaku.
United have gone public this morning to confirm the deal. The Manchester giants announced:
“Manchester United is delighted to announce that it has agreed a fee with Everton for the transfer of Romelu Lukaku. The transfer is subject to a medical and personal terms.
“A further announcement will be made in due course.”
The confirmation arrives hours after it broke that Chelsea had matched United’s £75 million offer for the Everton centre-forward.
