US’ President today said that President-elect Donald Trump must be prepared to stand against Russia.

Speaking in Berlin after a meeting with German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, President Obama said, Trump will have to stand up to Russia if it deviates from US “values and international norms”.
Obama says he’s doesn’t expect Trump to follow the Obama’ administration blueprint or approach, but also hopes he won’t simply walk away from the administration’s efforts.
Obama is expected to hold talks with UK Prime Minister Theresa May and the leaders of France, Italy and Spain on Friday, before flying to Peru.
