Buhari Promises To Boost Entrepreneurship Spirit

The presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Muhammadu Buhari has promised that if he is elected in 2015, he will encourage entrepreneurship spirit of Nigerians.

Speaking on Friday, during the APC presidential campaign rally in Aba, Abia state, Buhari promised to develop infrastructure, Leadership reports.

He said: “We will focus on infrastructural development in terms of power and roads, which are necessary.

“We will also encourage the entrepreneurship spirit of the people of Aba and this zone because your entrepreneurship capability is known even beyond Nigeria.

“We will make sure that you have good roads, electricity and communication and we will empower farmers to produce more food.

“The main concern of APC is to see that no capable Nigerian is left idling away and roaming the streets to constitute security threats to law-abiding Nigerians.”

Buhari told the Abia people that APC manisfesto would soon be made available to them, while urging them to carefully read and understand the content.

This morning, the people of Abia state conferred a Chieftaincy title, Ogbuagu1 (The Lion Killer) of Aba on Buhari.
On December 6, Buhari commenced his campaign in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He also took his campaign to Jonathan’s home state, Bayelsa where he was welcomed by a huge crowd.
