Nigeria singer, Runtown and his record label, Eric Mannyhave been in the news over the last few days. Eric Manny label took the battle against Runtown to a new dimension when United States District Judge, Kiyo A. Matsumo issued a temporary injunction, on behalf of Eric Manny Ltd, against Runtown and his manager, Bugu Aneto Okeke, barring all U.S. performances.

Runtown seemed not to be having any of that as he went ahead to deliver an electrifying performance in Oakland, California as scheduled. The event held on the 4th, June, 2016 and the singer delivered as expected.

According to reports made available to Forumspotz, the singer went ahead with the performance as he was yet to be served with the court injunction. It was also discovered that Runtown was enroute to the U.S when the injunction was given and as at the time of the performance, he had not been served with the court papers.
