50 cent

50 Cent is still in legal trouble thanks to a video he reportedly posted online several years ago during his now infamous feud with Rick Ross.

The New York Daily News is reporting that 50 will be in court in June in what has been a long-standing battle between the rapper and his accuser Lastonia Leviston.

You might recall that Leviston sued Fif for emotional distress in 2010 after the rapper reportedly posted a video of her and a former boyfriend Maurice Murray having sex. Now, it looks like the issue is finally going to be examined in court.

Leviston, who has a child with Rick Ross, claims 50 obtained the tape from Murray and then altered it by placing himself in it. He allegedly blurred Murray’s face, but not Leviston’s, and then released it to more than 3.2 million views on YouTube during the height of his feud with Rozay.

Leviston says the release of the tape has caused her mental and emotional distress. She even nearly committed suicide, according to the report.

Jury selection is scheduled to begin May 26, just before a two-week trial is set to take place.
