Coffee is what gets motivates some people each morning. However, apart from the  beverage’s awakening abilities and addictive flavor, here are 5 best reasons you should have coffee.

Coffee is consumed by an estimated 100 million Americans everyday and it comes from a simple bean – coffee. The caffeinated beverage has eye-opening abilities and an addictive flavor. In addition to those qualities, here are 5 reasons why you should drink coffee:

  • Mental health: According to a recent study, coffee may be able to help you from losing your sharp mentality. Researchers discovered that people who drank three to five cups of coffee every day had about a 65% reduced chance of having Alzheimer’s disease or dementia later on in life.

  • Cardiovascular coverage: A healthy cardiovascular system is vital. By simply drinking one or two cups of coffee per day you could have a huge reduced risk of cardiovascular disease-related death. According to a study, men consuming one to two cups of coffee every day reduced their risk of dying from a cardiovascular disease by as much as 38%.

  • Risk avoidance: A study of more than 400,000 people showed that drinking coffee may help. Between 1995 and 2008, men drinking even just one daily cup reduced their risk of death by 6%. Drinking either two to three cups or six or more cups decreased the risk by 10%. The greatest reduction of death risk was 12% in the group drinking four to five cups.

  • Diabetes fighter: Between 1986 and 1998 Harvard researchers traced the coffee drinking and occurrence of type-2 diabetes of more than 40,000 men. They realized that long-term coffee drinkers had a huge reduced risk of developing type-2 diabetes and statistics showed the risk reduced the more they drank.

  • Pain decrease: It is surprising how lots of people feel renewed following a coffee break here’s why. Norwegian researchers observed 48 people at work and found that those who had coffee only declared a pain-intensity level of 41, meanwhile people who didn’t drink any coffee had a score of 55.
