After Completing his trail in the UK, James Ibori has been cleared and sent to return to Nigeria.

Former Delta State Governor, James Ibori has been cleared to return to Nigeria.

Ibori was given the go-ahead when he appeared before Justice Garnham at the Royal Court of Justice in London.

Speaking to Reuters after the ruling, Ibori said, ”I can’t wait to go home. I have missed my people back home and I just want to leave as soon as possible.

On whether or not he’ll return to politics Ibori said, ”What happens in African politics – you are in it until you die.”

“I am a politician, I will always be a politician. I play the politics in my party and in my country for the good of my people.”
