Two young men have taken a stand against 1xBet, a prominent betting company, for allegedly failing to honor their substantial winnings amounting to N137 million.

The aggrieved individuals, whose grievances were captured in a video posted by celebrity blogger Tunde Ednut, claimed to have placed bets of N93 million and N44 million, respectively, on the platform on November 4, 2023.

According to their statements, the company has been unwilling to release their winnings, citing alleged errors in the odds generated by a staff member as the reason for the non-payment. Despite this explanation, the men have vehemently demanded the payment of their rightful earnings.

As evidence, the individuals provided screenshots of their bet slips, bolstering their claims and adding weight to their allegations against the betting company.
