Wolves have signed French defender Willy Boly to a long-term contract after paying €13m to make his loan move from Porto permanent.
Boly has impressed on a season-long loan at Molineux and quickly established himself as a key player in the promotion winning side. His relaxed style and consistent performances also established him as a big favourite of the Molineux faithful.
A contender for player-of-the-season and in most years he’d have won it, but most years in the Championship you aren’t contending with Diogo Jota and Ruben Neves.
The Frenchman, scored three times in 37 appearances in old gold as the club cruised to the summit of the Championship, winning the league by nine points.
