Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman is set to visit the White House on Mar. 20 and meet with US President Donald Trump.
In a statment on Monday, the White House confirmed that Trump will host “Saudi Arabia’s powerful crown prince Mohammed bin Salman on March 20”.
“The president looks forward to discussing ways to strengthen ties between the United States and Saudi Arabia,” spokeswoman Sarah Sanders said in announcing the meeting.
Mohammed bin Salman is expected to arrive in Washington on Mar. 19 as part of three-leg, historic and royal tour that also saw the Crown Prince visit Egypt and the United Kingdom.
