Jeremih is back in the public eye and it has nothing to do with music again. According to Port Authority officials at Newark Airport, the R&B singer and his entourage were arrested after performing a ridiculous stunt. Here’s what actually happened.

Apparently, Jeremih and members of his band were late for a flight. Barely making it on the jetway that leads to the plane, the crooner stepped inside yet a few members were left behind the door. That’s when the “Down on Me” singer and a friend of his came up with the idea to pry open the jetway entrance, somehow managed to open the door and at least one of the wayward guys scurried through.

Since this is completely illegal, Jeremih and his crew were not allowed on the plane, got cuffed and charged with obstruction and disorderly conduct. The guy who tried sneaking onto the plane was charged with defiant trespass.

That was plain stupid.
