The youth wing of the pan-Igbo socio-political group, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, has accused the leadership of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, of prolonging the detention of its leader and Director, Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, by fighting individuals and groups working for his release.
National President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council, Mazi Okechukwu Isiguzoro, who stated this in an interview with Vanguard in Aba, lamented that his group’s efforts in consulting with relevant stakeholders on Biafra, has been misconstrue by IPOB.
Isiguzoro said he had received threats while his group has been labeled saboteurs by those who are supposed to work with relevant stakeholders to ensure Kanu’s release from detention.
